Subject- Unsatisfied with Sarayu Hyundai Service Jogeshwari west Mumbai.

I am a customer of Hyundai Accent from last 7 years, Currently I am using Accent GLE which i purchased from Sarayu Hyundai Jogeshwari west mumbai) in 2007 Dec. From Day one I am doing my car service through saryu Hyundai only. from Last one year i got transfer to Jaipur there also I used to serviced my car on regular Basis thorough Authorise service stations- PL Moters (Jaipur) only. On 26th once again I gave my car for Paid service and some other works like Door knocking/Headlight Setting, Wiper Blade change etc. Mr Sachin Sameer (Service In charge) taken my car under his guidance. After 2 Days when i visited Sarayu Hyundai for my car. My car was washed and Inside also As per Service manager Car was Complete. But Vacuumed Not Done Inside properly. Washing Standard is really pathetic with sarayu Hyundai. they Charge me for Service and without Asked me they changed the parts of my Car and Charges made for the same. This is not first time I made complain for the same every time they charge any thing without consulted the owners. After my Complain Sachin send car for another wash after second wash also no Vacuum clean properly and wash was like the same.

Also they Charged me but work not done.e.g.

Door Setting- Not Done
Allignment-Not Done
Cleaning- not Done (Part of paid Service)
Dashbord Hub Cleaning- Not Done but Charge for all this.


Now I am the 7 year old customer of Hyundai and in my family also 3 santro and one Accent is Still maintain from 10 years , how can I tolerate this kind f complain every time. When the Car is Not properly washed then how we can trust on service people for parts they changed that is original. Due to our heights we only prefer Hyundai vehicles. now If this kind of Service is there after sales the Car we will never Suggest any one to buy Hyundai vehicles.

Last three time I given Feedback also At the time of service but no one called and asked for the complains. What pathetic service provider is sarayu Hyundai. Even I wanted to Talk to the Branch Manager Mr.IGNATIUS VAS but he was busy on phone after my complain even he was not even come and asked me also for assistance.

I need the details what actions you are going to take against my complain. Or else I will go to Consumer Court.
