It is a complaint cum Awareness for used car buyers in Chennai Tamil Nadu India .Iam a Retired Army person of Chennai .This complaint is about giving false promise and lying customer .I saw in net and called to 9150539904 a Boy named Selvam told he is the in charge Bharani motors old no 12 New no 25 Near Tulsi Park ,PeriyarRoad ,Chennai -600017 on 22/07/2010 .Mr Selvam asked to come and see tata indica cab cars 2008 which is readilly available .because i was in Army i had no time to learn car . i called Mr selvam often and at 1700 hrs-and enquired about cars he told not to worry car is kept ready for sale . i arranged a mechanic and a driver for 1500 R.S and i along with two persons in auto 150 R.S. went ot Bharani Motors at 18.15 hrs after going there i meet a girl employer and en quired about Selvam .Then Selvam asked me to Wait for 5 minutes he will bring the car for Pre inspection i waited for 1 (One) Hour then a girl employer asked me to come on next day because of some fire accident in city and the car has gone before fire accident at 1400 hrs . I asked the when i phoned to your motors to Mr Selvam he told car is kept Ready asked me to come for inspection and test drive. then another employer of the motors in presence of Owner he told car has gone before 11 AM . I got wild asked why they are giving wrong statement i Abused me and refused and that car is already sold to some one and asked me to see in some motors . Nearly 1800 has been spent by me because of false promise and necessary harassment . Even Bharani Motors owner told at the time 17.00 hrs the car was in motors . This is the way the way they are cheating customers by selling a damaged unconditioned cars .so people Chennai It is humble request not buy used cars from bharani motors Chennai other ways you will be wasting huge amount . I hope that that consumer forum will take neccary against defaulters and help to claim my spent money at the earliest
