The above merchent is to provide free service to new cars of maruti. However by intentionly showing computer error tries to fool the customers and charges exorbitant rates. He not only causes harassment but also takes too much time for bona fide customers who come for free servicing. His corrupt practices are causing undue harrasment and wastage of man hours. He is also very high headed and is rude to one and all. Overall i humbly request for cancellation of his licence as authorized service centre of maruti suzuki, in view of his poor record and services. Pease help. Thanking you with regards
