I had purchased car Hundai I10 from Garvey Motors, Pune in last year November'09. I had compalined at Garve motors in m/o January after 1st Service that my car is not giving milage more as per commitment. It was told by them milage will be proper after 2nd Service. After 2nd Service in the m/o March i had again complaint about milage problem car by cheque by Engineer Mr. Ranjeet, while testing he got milage of 11 per leter on highway. He said he will see again car and see car again fully. no body responded on this than again i had putted complain in writting on 13th May'10 to Customer care to Garvey motors, no body responded on this than again i had complained about Low milage in CRM Motors on 4th June'10, no body responded on this, again i had puted complained on 5th June'10 than i had again visited to Garvey motors on 17th June met with General Manager Mr. Rahul and puted my problem. he commited that he will see the car and shortout the problem. till date no body responded, no body is looking at my problem.

thier service is very poor and very bad. no body is there to look at the customer problem and issues.
