Hi,

I booked a Volkswagen Polo Comfortline Petrol car on 7th March 2010 at Volkswagen Dealership World Class Automobiles,Moti Nagar,New Delhi.At the time of booking, I paid an initial amount of Rs 50000 to the dealer. After 2 months of booking, I was told by the Sales Representative(Taranjeet Singh) that the car is in transit and you will get the car within a week.So I asked my Bank(HDFC) from which I took the loan of 2.5 lacs to disburse the payment to the Showroom's account. Later I paid 2 lacs more to the dealer.

After paying 5 lacs for the car, I was told by the Showroom Manager(Manish Bansal) that it will take 2 more weeks for the car to be delivered.After 14 days when i visited the showroom again, I was told by the Manager that there is a huge demand for the car and he needs a Premium Amount of Rs 25000 on the car.I told him that I have already waited for 3 months and won't give the Premium. I warned him that I will take this matter to the Volkswagen Company but he started laughing and told me that he will make sure that you will not get the car before 2 months.

I raised this matter to the Volkswagen Company and had high expectations that they will deliver the car to me and punish the Manager but after sending 3 Complaint Emails and 2 Telephonic Complaints, I didn't get any response from the Company.

Highly Frustrated with this horrible experience, I finally decided to cancel the car . But by the time I have already paid 2 installments to the bank.Due to the Showroom's Manager fault I will have to pay Hefty charges ( as loan reversal) to the bank . [B]So I want strict action against the Showroom Manager(Manish Bansal) and adequate compensation for the harrassment and mental loss which I suffered.[/B]
