I have bought a new Volkswagen POLO diesel car on 31st of May 2010 . I have just drived back to home and after reaching home i saw engine oil leakage, and immediately i have called the sales person and he advised me to call road assisstance services , car was in working condition, when they arrived after 2 hours ,their driver saw the car and it was in proper working condition and he drived car in back gear to load it.they picked up my car in truck and took it for service.next day they have called me to visit Lally Motors Inida Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana ,from where i bought the car.and they have told me that it was an accident and a stone hit the oil sump and it got damaged, they will repair it .thye have asked me to sign job card for repair. Now 22 days has been passed and they are not able to repair and now they are advising me to change whole engine and that will be costing 547000 Rs. and other charges 40000 Rs.New car is costing 553000, trendline POLO and only engine is costing 547000 Rs. These companies are making fool of people.Till now i m waiting for my car.
