Subject: Mental Agony and Distress caused by your company and Dealer to me

I had booked a petrol Vehicle Venta with one of your dealer M/s Tornado Motors Pvt. Ltd.in Santacruz (West), Mumbai

I was assured by the dealer that the vehicle will be made in the second week of November, 2010.

Today is 1st week of February, 2011, and vehicle is still to be received by me.

As per assurance of the dealer I arranged for the Auto Loan with HDFC Bank Limited, and already amount has been disbursed to the company and I have paid three instalments of the loan, but car is not yet delivered.
The above has caused too much stress and mental agony to me and put me under physical, mental and financial distress by your company and dealer concerned.
One of friend informed that the dealers do this kind of things and sell the booked car at a premium.

I want my car urgently and demand compensation for the inconvenience and trouble
