I am the owner of a Honda City 1.5 MT model 2009.
I had a very poor experience with Whitefield Honda Bangalore staff this week.
Mr. Shiju was my service advisor.
I left my car for the 40K service on 17th and I was asked to pick it up
on 19th evening.
I came on 20th at 11:00 AM to pick it up.
They made me wait for 1 hour.
Service advisor was not there to explain what was done, car was
in a very dirty condition when Mr. Manjunath the service lead gave it to me.
Several of my complaints were not even addressed like the broken plastic
part in my trunk, cleaning of under carriage, doing up the 3M coat where it scraped etc.
I was charged Rs. 9K for this experience!
Please pass on this feedback to the concerned supervisors.
I am also sending a note to Honda India and Japan offices.
I will not return back to Whitefield Honda ever and I will advise my
friends the same.
