This is with reference to your company's 24x7car helpline MIS Service provided to me yesterday, June 11, 2010.

I have renewed my membership with speed car helpline on 9 April 2010 vide membership number NS - 57759

Friday night my car broke down on Expresway from Noida to Greater Noida. I had lodge the complaint with helpline number attended by customer care executive Mr. Tarundeep Singh vide complaint number 1029 at 9:35 pm.

Thereafter the complaint was not attended till 11:30 pm moreover to add on the adversity I was made to talk to scheduled Technician Mr.Surinder vide conference call by Mr. Tarundeep twice. The engineer did not reached the spot and moreover I was told by your executive that I have misbehaved with the engineer and hence he is not taking their call

No one took my calls between 10 - 10:30 p,m thereafter when Mr. Tarundeep again picked up the call almost 30th time he confirmed he was sending another technician who was on Noida Mode to help me out. That too went in vein and I was stranded on Expressway for 2 hour almost by midnight.

Sir, you would appreciate that Car helpline services is meant to help customers and not humiliate them. I was waiting for 2 hours for your service to be provide which i was assured by your executive hopelessly it never arrived. I was stranded and moreover humiliated with the kind of your company services and behaviour of your executive and technicians.

I again called the help line around 11:15 pm to ask where is the help and i was told by another executive Mr. S P Singh that no help has been send.

I would like to bring to your notice that all your staff is completely inhuman and it could have been worse with me had any mishappening could have happened in those 2 hours on the highway to me.

I again called up the services at 11:30 pm attended by Mr. Tarundeep Singh to which he said that the engineer came but could nto find me and moreover he could not get the engineer to talk to me because they have a policy of not to call woman customer (stranded in islolations) after 11 pm. And when I insisted to speak to his manager he said he cannot take him in conference call since it was too late in the night and gave me cold blooded answer of SORRY.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by your company service and would take it to consumer court for further proceedings so that in future no customer faces such humiliation and danger to their lives because of your executives.

Mr.Tarundeep Singh promised to get his manager Mr. Ranjit Singh to speak to me on Saturday at 11:00 am but with no surprise no call has been made to me till now from your company side.

I am sure all the calls are recorded and if you would hear them you will know what humiliation and frustration i have been through.

Please advise how I can take the matter in Consumer court so that no other customer faces such services and humiliation by car helpline companies.
