Assuming FIAT as Reliable Brand I purchased Fiat Punto on 30 April'2010 with specific confirmation of BSIV/EU IV compliance but when I received R C book I was shocked to see my car as BSIII and when I approached your dealer they are avoiding this issue.Please help and arrange to replace my car with BSIV /EU IV.Car chassis no.MCA118A5507012557BNZ Engine no.0059483

ASPI cars Pvt Ltd Retail Invoice no.UnAMPL-R-1011-00135 dtd.03/05/2010.I had quote also from other Dealer Cargo motors with same price confirming BSIV compliance but I chose Aspi cars as it is closer to me.As per enclosed Quote forwarded and subject of mail is very clearly showing E IV compliance.I will be at great loss during resale of my car after three years as it is BSIII instead of BSIV.Kindly arrange replacement of car on priority .Please treat matter urgent and confirm
