My Father(resident of Bareilly in U.P) owns a Yamaha SZ-x. Around 4months before it started giving problems. The self starter wasn't functional enough and also it does not have a kick starter so we consulted our dealer ANAND YAMAHA(Bareilly).
They adviced us to get an engine spares change without much of explanation.
We had no choice but to follow them.

They took our bike for the rectification of the problem on date 8 November 2011. Till date we have not received the bike.
They have been extremely negligent and rude with my Father. They have been telling us that spares have not yet arrived. What is this? I've even sent a message through Yamaha's official site feedback/complaint box but no response yet.
One thing is assured, we'll never ever buy a Yamaha product.
