Respected Sir,

I booked Suzuki Access 125 at IB MOTORS (PATEL SUZUKI) AT Rajkot (Gujarat) on 22 may 2010 and they said at within 15 to 20 days they will deliver to me, but now as on 20th july in telephonic talk they said company not send vehicles to Rajkot and they are not able to deliver till 3 months

So How can we know what is the position of dealer and company's deal because in this city some people take this motor vehicle after booking june.


And today they are not giving me any kind of answer in telephone and when we going at showroom they said it will come in three days.

I also want to know what is the responsibility of dealers, sales persons,
