I had purchased activa from AUTO WORLD (KURUKSHETRA) on 30 nov 2011 with full payment but till now 07-02-12(70days has gone) I didn't get my insurance becoz of their silly mistake due 2 wich i have to pay 2.5TIMES of registration fess as penalty and owner of AUTO WORLD is not ready to tlk simply say have a tlk wid MR.RAKESH (employee) nd he said i dnt have time to listen u fully it will b deliver by u by 2mrow but till now it is not wid me so i want to know y they provide their dealership to this kind of people so plz ensure me when i will get it nd who will pay penalty .
