    i would like to inform you that i am a big fan of hero honda bike from my childhood & upto today i only purchage hero honda bike like cd-100, splender & at present splender super. always i servised my bike at hero honda authorised service center.
    On 25.09.10 at about 14.00 hs , i went to M/s Brij hero honda service centre ,pooja market , tilak dwar, holi gate , mathura , up for my bike service , but counter man told that you are very late. we are not sure that we gave you service. so you will come next day on time.
    yaster day i again went to M/s Brij hero honda service centre , holi gate , mathura , up at 11.30 am. i gave my bike for service. they told me that you takeyour bike back at 14.00 hrs. i reached there service station at 16.00 hrs but my bike was not complete servised. i request to manager sh sharma & other but they said that you wait for half an hour. i wait for 45 minutes but after it my bike no. UP- 31- L - 7258 was not servised properly. i took my bike with out washed after pay Rs 313.00 .

    sir i will never think about this at hero handa service centre . i feel very said on happening of this event .

    Default Hardship faced in Hero Honda authorised Dealer -Srinivasa Automobile

    Srinivasa Automobile in Tambaram Sanitorium(Chennai) is not good at keeping the promise(time of Delivery). They will leave you for lot of anoyance(they are treating people like illiterates). They wanted me to collect my bike at 7.30 pm today. By the time i reached there it just five minutes passed 7.30pm due to the heavy traffic in GST road. They could have ringed me earlier we bill shutting the office sharply at 7.30pm in the first place why should they want me to come at 7.30pm if it is closing time.There is lot of communication gap. oflate probably they have got number of vehicles turnaround because of that their partronage towards servicing the client has taken the beating. Hero Honda is very good product. If hero honda is going to support this type of authorised dealers then definitetly it is going to dent their brand image. Hard ship is felt every we have to give it for service. Who ever working in IT will find it difficult to give for service and collect it. After sales will become more important factor when guaging the product. I believe hero Honda will wake up. You must know who is fighting in the battle field from the front. they are going to take your to customers. GM failed miserably in this front from US. I believe there is immediate threat in India for Hero Honda and if it going to continue it will erode the brand image(what ever point you have gained would get eroded by after sales humiliation).

    Default Pathetic service at Uppal Motors, Noida

    Hi,

    I own a CBZ Xtreme bike (Aug 2008 model). It is a known fact that most of CBZs face this 3rd gear problem wherein it starts to create a wierd noise. Now, this is a manufacturing defect but the officials at the service centres do not buy this & force you to pay thru your pocket for the repairs. I had given my bike for service to Uppal Motors on 4-Apr & was told that they will call me back with the estimate but till date no one has called. The no.s provided on the service slip (0120-2443137 & 4086664) are not picked by anybody. I personally can visit them but not before my week-off (Sunday). 5 days & I ma still waiting for someoone to update me on the status of my bike. This is the worst kind of service imaginable...never expected that after the Honda & Hero split, servcies would be the first casuality.
