This is by far the worst experience of customer service that i have experienced. It is fairly shocking to have such an experience with one of the SO CALLED Largest and TRUSTED Automotive company in India.

I booked a Bajaj Avenger200 (Blue) on the 16th of March 2010 at the Probiking showroom IN Bund Garden. MY preferred color was black, however i was advised that since black is the most common color it would take a while for you to get the delivery. SO i chose blue since they did mention that this color should not take a long time.

No updates are given to customers on the delivery date. I lost count of how many times i call them, they kept telling me that the vehicles have arrived, however the color that you have chosen is not there in this lot and hence if you like we could deliver a vehicle of another color. Which i did refuse.

I finally got the Delivery on the 04th of May 2010. Thank god for small Mercies. However on delivery i have received nothing but the BIKE and The Payment Receipt. Don't know what the Owners Manual looks like till date.

I was supposed to receive the following documents in the following timeframe.

1. Owners Manual------- On the first service.( Haven't got it serviced. I don't know if i would get my bike back)
2. RC 60 Days NOT RECIEVED AND NO UPDATE
3. TC 15 Days NOT RECIEVED AND NO UPDATE
4. I POL 15 Days NOT RECIEVED AND NO UPDATE

Strange but true and im sure in good interest of consumers the Shirode Outlet is closed down and the Documents have been passed on to Sai Service. I travel to Shirode Auto located in some remote Place 30kms from where i live to find it shut down.
I am Advised to go Sai service. Went to both the outlets they dont seem to have any record. and the guys at Deccan are one bunch of Insensitive manner less People if i may call them people.

All i have is a number of some guy named VISHAL 9822498114 and need to check with him. he is clueless as well.
