I have to paste this message which i had lodged complaint to Bajaj Company regarding starting or pick up problem as i am facing from day one onwards when i bought this stupit vehicle ...Onething is true, i am getting mileage but, all other service or false statements about the vehicle...eventhough baja doesn' have resale value...!!! Please be careful on buying this vehicle...it may like faculty like one for me. Kindly see it...those having same vehicle if they have problem ! or not god's grace..
Dear Sir/Madam, Dated:- 15/08/2010 This is to inform you, I MU.Thenappan, owner of discover DTSI-100cc bike which purchased on last year 14th December 2009 through SBI finance. Sir, my problem is, from day 1 onwards which i have purchased your company vehicle having pickup or starting problems. whenever i sent my vehicle for service they are not rectifying the problem. Perhaps if they rectified that, it will take for only a day or so then it starts again...Since some of the person in service point saying some problem in engine so it doesn't start. Then how did are you selling defective vehicle to customers? Sir, i would like to share with you, Chennai is tropically a hot city, likewise how it is possible the vehicle do not start even it runs when i am going to office? When i reached my office, as soon as i again start the vehicle it won't start. Same crow and bull story starts. So many times in busy traffic in Chennai my vehicle stops unconditionally!! Do you know something....when i took delivery on 15th Dec-2009 night at 7.00 form Jai Automobiles, my vehicle doesn't start...i moved my vehicle through walk to my home, no other person in India will do like this...because a new brand vehicle doesn't start means what your company doing? Only good thing i am not facing any problem is mileage...its true Baja's assurance is mileage, yeah i am getting around 83-85 per liter. But, everyday i am facing this start up or pick up problems. Kindly, rectify my problem. Otherwise please give me a written request for failing to rectify my problem. otherwise i don't have option to move consumer court to file a complaint against your company for selling defective vehicle. Past 9 months i am facing the same problem with this bike. Kindly rectify it Or return my money back...and take the vehicle. Hereafter, please check the vehicle before sending to dealers. Note: My brother having same 100cc Hero Honda Splendor purchased on 2004 August .. up to date even no problem arise... even though, he left abroad for sometime we start the vehicle once a month it starts without any trouble.!! Giving an ravage mileage of 60 - km per liter. Where is your Bajaj's reputation gone? Selling defective vehicles to consumers? I need a reply immediately after go through this complaint, or i will lodge a complaint against your company and dealer who gives wrong information and selling faculty vehicle to me. Awaiting your favorable reply very early as possible. Otherwise, as i said above, i have to go through legal. Happy Independence Day.2010. |

hi this is hitender yadav vpo daulatpur najafgarh nd -110043. i purchased a 100cc discover from ur dealer royal bajaj in najagarh. till first sevice it was going well.but now its sound has changed and its pickup is not at its peek.i visited ur service cente they said that it cant be solved.they dosen:t have service attitude.even they dosent show their intrests in thier work. the washing person always ask some money to do his work.even they open in 10am while its reporting time is 9am.
kindly take some necessery steps and resolve my problem eiether i will force to lodge a complaint in consumer forum |
