I purchased a 2 wheeler TVS XL Super from Brilliant Tvs Showroom, Raja kilpakkam, East Tambaram on 25/05/10. Until today 14-09-10. Almost 4 months of time.

They didn't give the RC book and Insurance Book to me.

So far i have been to them for 25 times to get the book. They mentioned RC book was missed in RTO Office Chengalpet so they requested me to wait.

I lost my patience for the past 4 months they are telling the same statement. Along with them i met the RTO office in chengalpet. They mentioned the showroom people not followed up correctly. the document was taken by other showroom representative.

Now i am in big trouble because of the show room people mistake. I can't able to take my vehicle outside. I need your attention to solve this issue and your support to severely warning those people not to happen this issue in future for other citizen.

Please guide me to resolve this...
