I have taken BSA Roamer Plus electric scooter on 27.07.09 from Aaspiration (e) Bikes - Pune dealer Ph.No.020 - 25431092 / 25435907. On first free servicing I give a complaint about the average. Scooter give 25 kms agerage only. The service center give me a scooter within 1 day. But the same problem arrise in 2nd, 3rd free servicing & 4th, 5th paid servicing. I given the same average complaint in all servicing.

After 1 year, when I give scooter for servicing I give same average complaint. They said me to give me some time for servicing & give me after 2 days delivery date. They take 7 days & after 7 days they said me that 1 battery is not working so you have to replace the same & it will cost Rs.3500/-.

I only said that if I given the same average complaint in all servicing why they check the battery after expiry of battery warrenty period. Why they are not checking the battery in 1st servicing only.

This is a case of customer exploitation. Please help me.
