Dear Sir,
I was purchased a Chain sprocket Kit of Bajaj CT- 100 from Bajaj Authorised Dealer M/s Arjun Automobile on 26.05.10. He told me price of part Rs 753/-( This price written on Packet by hand with ball pen). I noted Part no from the packet's sticker i.e 36DU4017.When asked for bill, after some argument they provided bill of Rs 730/-.While The same part in open market shop & in bajaj price list is respectively Rs 645/- and Rs 623/-(inclusive all taxes).
I sent a complaint describing the same event and scanned copy of bill to the company via e-mail on 05.06.10, but till date no any response came from company.However, yesterday I forwarded a reminder mail to company regarding it.
Kindly suggest me further course of action,
