I have buy a Bajaj Pulsar 220F in May 2011 and it have default problems in front disk brake after 20 days the bike started giving problems oil leakage in front suspension. So i gave bike for servicing at showroom and after getting bike serviced, the brake problem still was not fixed, after few days i again went to showroom and i talked with showroom mechanic and he recommended me to give bike for first servicing where all problems will be fixed. I gave bike bike for servicing and front brake problem continued as it was earlier and more problem were arise like bike's engine was getting suddenly off while driving, due to this my bike was dis balanced and i fell down during this incident the fork and bracker was bent. After that i gave again bike for servicing, they told me that they will not repair the damaged parts of bike and not responsible for it. I gave this complaint to bajaj customer care (compliant number-80108), the executive told that the showroom will repair bike and told me to come after 2 days so going after 2 days i noticed that the bike was not repaired instead there were some more scratches and breakage on bike, and when i talked with their executives they told the damage was earlier and refused to repair the bike and also responded rudely.....
therefore sir i request you to please help me.
