Subject:- Complain For Honda Aviator No MH-15 CX 2617


I have taken the Honda Aviator on 06/12/2010 From Sachi Honda The dealer Code is MH040003 but my Dealer was Kamal Auto Igatpuri Phone No

9423388339 is his mobile No.. He have taken the 4500/- Rs on For My Moped. He have taken 4500/- Extra as he have said

Me That The bike is not available and wating is there as there is shortage in Manufacturing of the Aviator bike hence the

Bike is not avaliable. I will arrange the same to you if you pay me rs 4500/- extra i will arrange the bike for you . As i have no

Option with me as i had to purchase the bike for my Wife. So i paid him the Amount and the Bike Amoun. And the Extra

Amount which he have asked for which was rs 4500/- Extra so he have given me the delivery on 06/12/2011 so i have paid

him the token amount rs 35000/- and rest i have paid hime on 06/12/2011 and i have asked for the Bill which he have not

given me the bill till date . I have asked hime many times but he have not given me the Bill. As there was some confusion so

he have told me that he will not give me the bill i can do what i want this was the words from the dealer.


How come the bike is available when the amount is paid extra and when we asked for normal amount the bike is shown as

wating is there for bike due to manufacturing Problem
