I have purchase a new bike passion pro from sunil auto sales . But for R.C i have sumiteded my one photo , one address proof and Id proof also. he asked me come after 7days .when i am come he asked me to sumited all paper again.the person asked that sumited paper was lost.
after one month i have got my bike number.
after that when i have to go take my R.C .he asked me come after 45 days .after 45 days when i have to come he tell me that R.C not printed from R.T.O office .come after one weeak. after ten days .we go again.
But he asked R.C not come .from RTO office.after two month when i have go again to take RC He says that you should we pay 250 Rs.painelty .for late sumited of paper for RC .
