    Dear customer service manager


    On 17/07/2010, I bought a bike fz in Yamaha showroom at jaffarkhanpet,ashok nagar.

    I am disappointed because your product.bike has not performed as it should, was faulty in tyre because,after riding your bike for 50kms.the tyre got torn. Therefore this product is not of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose described as laid down by the law.

    To resolve the problem I require you to take the action you require to refund or repair whilst reserving my right to claim against you.

    I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for 2 days a time limit before seeking help from consumer group,details of relevant authorities can be found through our complaints procedures section

    Thumbs down Worst Workshop at Tajshree Yamaha, Nagpur

    I have bought my FZ-16 Limited Edition Yamaha Bike (MH 31 CZ 0953) from Tajshree Yamaha, 17 Main Road, Tajshree State Nandanvan, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440009.
    I am afraid to say that This service station is THE WORST service station of Yamaha as this is the third time I am facing problem in my bike after servicing.

    I am not getting a good servicing of my bike since last three servicing.

    First time I told the supervisor to check the water level of the battery & charge it if necessary, but that wasn't done & my bike was not starting by using the self start then I had to recharge the battery from outside.

    Second time when I collected my bike after servicing, the rear wheel was tilt, I complained for the same, spoke to the supervisor, registered the compliant in the complaint register & I was told that We are unable to solve this problem but our Engineer will be coming to Nagpur shortly & we will call you & will solve this problem, This was also not done, I again had to service my bike outside.

    Third time in this month I specially told the supervisor to check the water level of the battery & charge it if necessary, but it is not done again & again I am facing a problem in starting my bike.

    I need a strict action on this as I am paying you for the servicing in vain & not at all getting a Service.

    Thumbs down Rude Behavior By the Showroom Owner

    Hi,
    I am Mr. Gaurav Thattey (Editor of Sandhya Ki Agni Newspaper) and an unfortunate Yamaha customer.
    This complaint is addressed to all the higher authority of Yamaha Motors and to all people in Jaipur.
    This complaint is against the owner of Roshan automobiles authorized dealer for Yamaha showroom at 2B, Adarsh Vidhya Mandir, Opp. Dashara Ground, Govind Marg, Raja Park, Jaipur (Rajasthan) - India
    I have bought latest Yamaha bike model R-15 (RJ 14 BN 7674) at 26 oct. 2011 from above mentioned showroom with cash amount 1.40 lakh…this bike was delivered to me too late.
    After this all this bike was not working properly & got disturb on 29th oct. 2011. I hatched this bike almost 10 km. in Jaipur from highway to above showroom. From that day to till date I didn’t receive any good response from the showroom’s owner. Despite this, the owner treat me too rudely & he had told me to get lost from the showroom otherwise would have to call bodyguards. Due to his this types response I got mentally disturbance & I want that higher authority take strong action against the showroom’s owner.
    I am complaining because showroom owner does not know how to speak to his customers, he is very rude and back answers the customer right on their face as thinks he owns the company, he is doing a favor by selling the bike to the customer as if he is gifting them.
    I am afraid that he is spoiling Yamaha's reputation as he is not capable of being a owner with this attitude.
    I am complaining as i have faced this rude person at Yamaha and there is no complaint book or public relation person to take my complaint at the showroom
    I hope that the higher authority takes action against him
    I am and will be available if the authority needs me for a talk.
