I have purchased a bike CBZ Xtreme from authorised dealer Jai Kumar Arun Kumar, Meerut (UP). Before 1st service i complained that a voice is coming from engine. They replied that after 1st Service this voice will be cleared but not done. At the time of 2nd Service again i complained for the engine voice, service engineer tight the silencer nut-bolt and said voice will not come but not done yet. And now i continously visiting at service center but my problem is increasing in place of dicrese. On 31-01-2010 an engineer tight the tapids of my bike and said the voice is coming from this side but when i took try problem was the same. Then a senior engineer told me that this is Crank voice and engine will open and will be repaired. I am not happy with that... If this type of problem will be there then my bike's engine should be replaced. Now 8 Months have gone but my problem is increasing continously. A senior engineer have been visited from dehradun also. But he is also not able to resolve my problem. Keval Gyan Baant kar chala gaya.

I am G.Mohan of Hyderabad (9985056063) i own a cbz of 2003 model i have purchased in nov of 2003 and i dont get spares every time and now i am not able to get engine "magnet coil" since 3 months continuously struggling for it .My bike has all new parts and its gets service on time (it may be before the time but not after) it has all new parts like camp chain kit ,clutch plates, whole fiber body including lighting parts,wiring kit and a lot more
The main problem is having all these parts make my bike look like a new bike and now i dont get the magnet coil my bike runs for 10 kms then the engine gets heated and gets stopped in the middle of the road suddenly (if any veichle hits me in that case who is responsible?) .My bike is serviced in mpm motors trimulgarry(Secunderabad) regularly and i asked them the told me to put order .I placed the order and Mr.Satish (sales executive of MPM motors)said that he gets that part for me in 2 days 2 months back till now i ddnt get the part |

Dear Sir/Madam,
Request your high priority on this mail regard a complaint of my new Hero Honda bike, I bought a newly released CBZ extreme bike in chennai region two months before, after 500kms I had utilized the first service also. The problem is, if I kept the engine shut for continuously more than 24hrs then while trying to start the engine neither starter motor is cranking nor getting start till 10mins. Fortunately after 10min starter motor starts cranking automatically and I was able to start the vehicle also. But last three days I was out of station and now I could not able to start the vehicle even the engine is not cranking for after half an hour also. When I contact your local dealer they informed me to bring the vehicle to their end. Since I am not able to start the vehicle I can’t bring the vehicle to your dealer point. Request your immediate intervention on this.
