I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 scooter from Suzuki show room from Nagpur last year. Now i have been transferred to my home town Lucknow.

Here i come to know that there is no authorized Service station in Lucknow to get my scooter serviced. I called there office were they gave me a road side mechanic address to get scooter serviced. i went there were i found he didn't have authorized company parts & other things so that scooter can be serviced. Even i have to give him advance for getting hings done. Secondly he is not able to solve the continuous problem which is coming in scooter.

At the time of purchase Company person in Nagpur told me that there company is having Service station all India even in Lucknow.

Even i have given this complaint to SUZUKI company but they have not responded.

Now I request you to tell me procedure how to get my money back from Company, since Scooter cannot be run with out service station

I booked Suzuki Access 125 (Silver color ) on 6th May 2011, after regular follow up with Shiv Auto they did not responded the availability of Silver color after 3 months of booking. Due to delay and no response we decided to buy white color. Finally we got the White vehicle on 21st of August 2011.

Till 29th of August i did not got the vehicle registration number and documents after various follow ups and phone calls.

We are very disappointed towards the attitude of Shiv Auto staff how they handle the customer. Since the name of "SUZUKI" is renowned name in customer satisfaction but i have doubt on selection of such type of dealers which are spoiling the name of the company.

Please give us response.
