i purchased a honda stunner bike from Globus honda saraswati vihar(011-32526062, 9650773970) on 20th dec 2009. after 4-5 days i realised that the right side kowl of my bike is not on its place.. i reported the matter at there showroom in saraswati vihar they send me to there workshop at rithala for getting it right.
they placed the kowl back but the problem is that there is a packing of rubber inside the kowl thats not on its exact place. becoz of that the same problem arise again and again. and now the situation is that the kowl is broken and they are not doing anything despite it being a manufacturing defect.
i talked with the manager at the workshop mr Walia and mr Hasan(011-32526061) but to no use.

they also wanted to clear of the matter and not want to take up the responsibilty despite knowing everything

i want you to plz take up the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.....
