dear sir/madam,
I took Honda Aviator on 24 July 2009 from the authorized dealer Jugal Kishore Honda and from the first ride I feel that some sound from the front brake is coming, I complaint for it then the dealer said that whenever i come to first service the problem will be resolved at no cost.
I asked them note front brake sound problem on Job card and they noted but not resolved and asked me to come some another day as the time was near to closing time of workshop.
At the time of second service and I met with an accident, I claimed the insurance for vehicle
At the time of third service it was lapsed because I didn't ride vehicle because of the fracture in leg
At the time of fourth service I again asked them to note same front brake sound problem, now they opened a page on the manual and told me that brakes are not covered in warranty.

My argument was that it is manufacturing defect as from the first ride I found the problem and reported. I am not asking for the warranty of part to be replaced or repaired but why should I bear the cost of defective piece of Honda Aviator.
Just decide who is guilty, the company, the dealer, the service centre of the same dealer or I.
