I have purchased a TWO WHEELER "KINETIC FLYLE" from "CHAWLA ENTERPRISES, 4/44, BALUGANJ AGRA" on 14.07.2008. From the day of purchase, i am facing many problems due to this vehicle. I have complained many many times to them.

- In the very first week I found frustrating sound in the engine. The sound was so high that i felt like driving tractor not scooty. Its engine plates have been changed by them three times but still the same problem repeats,

- Its Fuel Tank had broken two times due to its placement in the very bottom side and still I always fear of its breaking again.

- On its first light slip, in the very first month, its body had cracked badly at many parts.

Sir, I am very much fed up of this scooty because i have wasted my precious time and money on every instance, As I am a student and taking coaching so I have to face many problems without conveyance.

I request you to please take the matter very seriously and take the justified action.
