Hi,

I had booked Access 125 black vehicle on 29th April by paying Rs 2000 with Advaith Suzuki show room situated near nagasandra (Bengaluru).while booking it was told to enquire on the delivery of vehicle after 40 days of booking also it was told that they would deliver the vehicle on full payment after 2 months of booking. They also mentioned to deliver the vehicle after 2 months for black, red, blue except siler and grey which takes 3 months.

After 40 days I contacted over phone and got the answer telling if the payment is made now they will deliver the vehicle by 20 days ( here 10 days got delayed when compared with whatever they said 40 days back). So, We went to the showroom directly to know the delay time but was surprised to listen their answer telling that if we pay full cash then they will try to deliver by 1 month (here again same day it self they changed their words) So now my waiting period has increased by 1 month.

I don't have any written proof of whatever they have told. Can't I get delivery of vehicle after 2 months of booking as promised by them? Should I wait for one more month after paying full cash? Where can I address this? Don't know for how many people they are going to do this. Please help!!!!!!
