Dear Sir/madam,

I Sajid R Shaikh residing at Borivali west ,has booked Honda Activa dlx model on 13th Nov 2009 by paying INR 1000 (One thousand only /-) as per the rule of Om Sai Autoworld at Malad H.O, receipt no 08557 and booking number 58056.

Mr Bharat Parmar has done the booking formalities and confrimed the delivery of two wheeler within or by completion of 4 months from the date of booking. Further Mr parmar has also confrim that they will be infoming me 15-20 days before delivery for making balance payment for the vehicle.

As per their commitment I waited for given time period. In the mid of march 2010, I contacted Dealer to check the status of delivery date. Mr Parmar conveyed that the vehicle is getting delayed by 10 to 15 days and they will call me for same .

I agian followed up with them in the beginning of April 2010 . My call was transferred to various extn and everyone asking same question as follows on contact number 2873 2727.
when I have booked the vehicle ?
what is my name ?
What is the booking number?
what is my contact number ?

Please trust me, my call was thrown like a football here &
there , after holding line for 25 mins somebody kept the phone.
I re-called and spoken Ms Trupti ,who replied that my vehicle details are not with her I need to speak to the person who has taken my booking.

I called Mr parmar on cell number provided my him 9819430448 which is now in custody of some Mr Vijay (Manager in Om Sai Autoworld). who was suppose call me back like his other colleagues but no revert

I personally visited twice to showroom located at Chincholi Link Road Malad.
But it was waste of visit, they told me that they will inform me as till now they haven't received vehicle.I have given three contact numbers and I have never ever got a call from them . Only once Mr Alankar had called and informed that he will call me back I am still waiting.

End of April I called up again to check what is the status , Now Mr Alankar -excuitve there said that I can come and make balance payment.
I went there on 3rd May 2010 and made the balance payment receipt number 1654 paid INR 52993 by cheque dated 3/5/2010 cheque no 240967,with my pass port copy and photo. Mr Alankar said that vehicle will be delivered between 20th to 25th of this month i.e May 2010 .

I called up again on 15th 18th 19th 20th 22nd 25th and 31st of May 2010 and spoken to almost everybody in showroom to know the status but poor service quality everytime they use to tell me we will call you tomorrow and let you when to come take your vehicle.

I try approach their General manager who is stationed there in H.O. , but he/she is/was always busy in meeting/ lunch/ leave/ visits etc etc . I demanded his/her cell number,
I got very dirty reply " hum aapko unka number nahi de sakte, woh bahut busy person hai "

Today 3rd June almost a month completed after making full payment I havent received any call. I was expecting this vehicle in March and now hope so I will receive it in monsoon, for sure its going affect the durability of product due to monsoon.
And I am sure they may create some problem in product to harass me in future

I here by confirm all the above information is valid and accurate.
I request you to intervene and help me to get 100% compensation from them for all mental harassment done by them.
