Subject:- Wanted claim against Extra running my bike 83 km given on servicing.


With due respect, I beg to say that, I Ram kumar gave my new Yamaha FZS Model. Bike no. DL 10S 2075 for servicing on 9-10-10 to (DELHI SCOOTERS) which I purchased around 3 months back on 20-7-10 from Delhi Scooters (WZ-168A, Uttam Nager, Opp, Metro Pillar No.669,New Delhi. Phone :- 011-28562623, 011-45643913 ) When I gave bike for servicing, my bike has run 3700 km which was also written on service book & job sheet of service station. But the next day when I went to take delivery of my bike, I found it has run 3783 kms. Mr. Anil of service centre, first he tried to defend himself by saying that I might have taken the bike to your home but later on confessed that he has taken my bike to his village. I am also telling you that still (From 9-10-10) my bike is park your service station and I will receive my bike when they mention or written
in my bill & my service book for extra usage of 83 kms.



So please give me in written that they take my bike for extra usage which is 83 kms.
And also telling me why they will not mention or provide written in bill

Please kindly give me a reply as soon as a possible.
