This complain is in regards of two wheeler vehicle battery operated. vehicle number RJ14 MS 3931 (yo bike) purchased form LUHADIA AUTOMOBILES, shop no 3 near gopalpura byepass, jaipur. After few days from the date of purchase it started creating problems. We complained at the service center, but the service center people didn't fixed the problem nor they gave us proper answer about the problem. since than it has been creating problems and the service center is not fixing it nor giving proper excuse for it.

Moreover we purchased a new charger few weeks before from the LUHADIA AUTOMOBILES. The charger was not charging the vehicle properly and after three four days we were charging the vehicle it suddenly CAUGHT FIRE. We again contacted the service center and they denied us and said that it was our mistake.

I request you to please look into the matter and we look forward for the compensation of all the problems we faced till now.

We complained at the service center, but the service center people didn't fixed the problem nor they gave us proper answer about the problem. since than it has been creating problems and the service center is not fixing it nor giving proper excuse for it.

Main problem we are facing with this is more about to it's Battery.They claim that it'll run 40km after charging once but it's not giving even the average of 8 km.Now we are purchasing new battery from Vardhman motors but they haven't this one.now this is too much.Neither you cann't provide new one nor can resolve the problem.Now the appropriate authority should take the action against this......

I request you to please look into the matter and we look forward for the compensation of all the problems we faced till now.

we are facing problems with battery of yo byke.they claim that it'll give the performnce of 40 km after charging once but it is not even giving the performance of 8 km.when we are asking them for new battery from Vardhman Motors... then they haven't this also.This is too much.Neither they can resolve the problem nor can provide new one.So take appropriate action....
