sub: Complaint of new honda activa shock absorber

i have bought a new honda activa (kl14 h 8493) on 22-9-2009, its front shock has a complant, it has lost its action. When asked our dealers to replace it as per guarantee, we had complained about it 5 times (1st time complaint occurred when scooter ran 500 kms) to the service center and dealers but they did not do anything in favor of us and has asked us to complaint it directly to the company. Sir please treat this matter as urgent and kindly do the necessary arrangements to issue us a new shock absorbers, else we will have to look for an alternative measure..
