    And Regarding this complaint i spoke to mr Saravanan several times


    And the main thing is from the day one service the company is not good and the dealer too ..dealer code ..(57643)after purchase one month later my scooter got registers till dated they have not called up
    me to get original registration certificate ..only i have purchase receipt And photo copy of Rc ..and on 16.10.11 i have gave my bike to service they said that the battery fails at the time it self ..after that i have contacted customer care regarding the service they also not conscious about customer Question and more than 10 times i my self called up ur customer care and Representatives.... Till i didn't received a call from ur t-nagar service center (saying that .. sir u have left Ur bike on so n so date why u haven taken ur bike for delivery or so an so problem what to do With ur bike in service station please take ur bike back noting they did ...what will except about u r company ..

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Balaji i have purchased BSA Romer Neo E-bike this year January At chellamani n Co Pallavaram They Have given Wrong cometment that the vehicle battery has 12 months Warranty . in 9 months it Self it got failure even While Regular Service . Before my second Service one of the Wheel Part got Completely Damage And It Replaced by Ur T-Nagar Service Center And After 4 Th Service the Second day it Self The Breaker got Failure And many more Problem but i have faced but i have not hi-lited here

    but
    1.Given Wrong information
    2.Till 15.10.11 the the bike in good condition got charged Given 45 km mileage Etc
    3.The Service Person Said if battery Got Failure It will Low mileage Or it will Not charge Or the charger will or will not cut off on time But none of the Symptoms Shown in the bike

    Really Really i bought the E-Bike to save money Not to loose more

    please Take A Right Action And Do needful As Soon as possible

    One Thing i Would Like To Add With The Complaint Is Mr.Saravanan oF Murugappa Company Accepted To Replace The Battery But They Charge 50% Of Its Actual Cost ..If The Are Not Done A Mistake Why They Answer Like This ......That Too I Am Following ...10 Days Before He Said Like That but Till Now He Not Bother About That ..I Am Calling But No Answer ....if there is any Expert in this Field Some Buddy Help Me to Solve The problem Quickly or Shall I Fight for Compensation past 3 Month Holding my Vehicle
