Myself Mr. Prasenjit Sengupta live at 192, Chalk Kanthalia ( Suryasen Pally), Barrakpur, Kolkata – 121, West Bengal. Now I face the problem regarding repair of my motor bike, details are given bellow,

In the month of july 2008, I made an accident and above mentioned bike was badly damaged. That time I contact to Barrakpur Motors Add: 50, B.T.Road, Barrakpur, phone no – 033-25930124. That time they make the quotation, but I am not in the position to spend the amount. I talk to them and they agreed to wait for me. But after that I was joined a new company and I force to live West Bengal. In between I talk to Barrakpur Motor time to time, but they never told me about garage rent at that time.

Last 21st August 2010, I talk to Barrakpur Motors and given advance Rs. 7000/- for work order. But after two weeks of time they are not doing anything, after asking the reason they said that they don’t have the parts which they required. Then I talk to them and arrange the parts from Bansal Automobile Corporation Ltd. Kolkata approximately I spend Rs.13000/- for the parts, and also spend Rs. 1600/- for taxi fare also taking two days without pay leave from my company, i.e I lost another Rs 600/-. After all they ready my bike for delivery on 21st September and call me for delivery. But when I got the bill I surprised that they claimed Rs. 7000/- for garage rent and Rs. 5233/- for labour and other parts. In this circumstance I am not able to pay the garage rent. Barrakpur Motors is not ready for any settlement. Now kindly advice me what should I do? I already spend more then Rs.20000/- but still I am not getting my bike. My contact details are given bellow,
