I also have a bad experience with Electric bike
The Dealer is Creative Motors Ltd at Andheri, Mumbai.
Got the delivery after much fight and arguments on 27-08-10 and since day 1 there is problem with this vehicle. Worst part is that the rear wheel started rotating reverse the next day.
The dealer was called immediately but refused to look into the matter and said to contact next day.
This issue was highlighted to the MD of HERO Electric in Delhi and i was promised that the problem will be looked and solved within 3-4 days.
Still today there is problem with the vehicle as there are MULTIPLE NOISED COMING FROM THE REAR WHEEL AREA and ABOVE ALL THIS VEHICLE IS DELIVERED WITHOUT THE R/C BOOK AND INSURANCE PAPERS.

PLEASE HELP ME GET THE REQUIRED PAPERS AS THERE IS NO WHERE TO COMPLAIN.

The dealer is saying that u can complain wherever u feel either to police station or to consumer courts.

IF ANYBODY FROM CONSUMER FORUM IS READING THIS , IT' S AN INSULT TO COSUMER COURT.

DONT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM CREATIVE MOTORS , ANDHERI

AND DONT GO FOR ANY OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

dear sir,
i have a very bad experience with your hero electric bike that is e - sprint.
it is a very bad model and there are so many problems arrives with that vehicle and the dealer r.r. tyres dewas is also not give full response to us of our problem they always blame on us and dont take action for our complain. i always suggest to others that never purchase any model of hero electric bike.

I have come to know that your dealer in Kota has not opened the showroom. We are very sorry to write you that our hero maxi charger not in working condition. We take in in other shops but no one can repair it. Now I want to purchase a new one charger in my following address :

kindly supply me a new charger for hero maxi bike.

hero electrice spint two wheeler quality is verry bad .MULTIPLE NOISED COMING FROM THE REAR WHEEL AREA and back wheel. main stand is also poor .verry dificult to mai standing for woman . pls improve quality other wise your product difit from other product . rear wheel megard is verry poor and noisy.
