Dear Sirs,

I have purchased Hero Honda glamour FI (Engine no: , JA06ED9GH00679, Frame no: MBLJA06EP9GH00763) from Majestic motors, Mayiladuthurai on 21.09,2009 and till date the service book and Manual book for the bike has not been received.

I have tried enough with the staffs in the Majestic motors, Mayiladuthurai , and no one ready to respond properly. I am in Honda family since 1998 with various types of bikes, and I am still keeping my old CD 100.

Kindly be requested to raise the query to them to supply my documents which is mandatory while purchasing the vehicle.
