I am P.Chandra Haas resident of Kadapa town of YSR Dist,Andhra Pradesh,I met with an accident on my bike Karizma make of Hero Honda in the month of June 29th 2010 luckily i escaped with negligible causality but my bike got worst damaged.I gave it in the nearest Show room of Hero Honda (Ranganatha Automobiles,Madanapalle,chittoor Dist of Andhra Pradesh on 5th july 2010.i had insurance to my bike & I reported to the insurance company & claimed the damage which is done on the 6th of july by the concern Insurance company,from then started my problem week by week the show room people are postponing my bike delivery by getting repaired.Every time when I contact them I was told that Hero Honda company has no service of supplying spares to Karizma bikes,I wonder how a Indian giant in two wheelers market can do like this to the premium customers.i am vexed with the treatment of shoeroom people given me when I ask them about my bike status.Few days after I was asked to pay the amount for spares in advance so that they could arrange from some where which I have done, despite that im invain to get the bike ready.many times I tried to complaint to the spares incharge (after Sales) & infirmed my trouble every time they talk in soothing way that very soon they will arrange the spares.when ever I ask the show room people say the say thing & the company people say the same thing very soon it will be fixed.
