I had procured a Passion pro Model with the below given specification from SAI MOTORS, Berasia Road, Bhopal on 3rd July, 2011.

From the day of purchase, it is having lots of problem. First there was starting problem. Immediately i visited the service center. What ever they may done, starting problem solved, but mileage dropped to 15 kmpl. Again i visited. they again adjusted. Now no problem in starting, and mileage between 45 -50 Kmpl??? but the problem like after starting when i start to accelerate engine is stopping. to have a pick up i have to warm the engine in ideal condition for at least one minute and this condition getting worsen with the increasing chilling temperature here at Bhopal. this problem i am facing at the days first start in the morning and if i keep the engine in open for 4 to 5 hour. Regarding this matter i have visited sai service, disscussed them, but they don't want to entertain. after more then100 times calling i just able to contact HERO moto corp service engineer placed here at Bhopal and discussed the matter. they assured me to look after the problem, but even after 2 months has already been passed i am not getting any information from them. already i have talked to the HEROMOTOCORP head office at Delhi. i have already forwarded all the matter i have mailed to Bhopal regional office. till now i am not getting any satisfactory result from any one them.I have also forwarded all the correspondence matter to zonal head,HERO MOTOCORP, pune . I have already lost my patience. please advice me what i have to do??
