I'm using a Karizma ZMR Fi may 2010 model. Its been a year since Karizma ZMR was launced. But even today for replacing any part of the bike, I have to wait for more than a month. My bike was involved in an accident few weeks back. The showroom people (at Hyderabad) placed an emergency parts order to the Delhi head office. But there is no response from them as to when the parts will be dispatched to the showroom. It's been 25 long days for my bike's sleep. Earlier I thought this might be a problem with that particular service center, but when I met other Karizma owners, I realized this was the same case not only in my city, but in the entire country.
Is this the kind of service we expect from the World's Largest motorcycle manufacturer? Hero Honda, which is known for its reliable products and after sales service, is now nowhere near what it used to be earlier. I request the concerned authorities to look into this serious matter.
