I, Sri Suman Das, owner of Passion Pro two wheeler bearing No. WB 20 W 0446, was submitted my two wheelers at Balaji Motors service centre, Minerva Garden Complex, Joka, Kolkata – 700 104, on 20.08.2010 in morning for urgent repair. My ICICI Lombard Motor Insurance claim has passed through claim No. under reference.

Despite several efforts one supervisor of Balaji Motors service centre Sri Anjan, who is authorized to do the accident job, denied to do the same and repeatedly tells me many stupid lies. His intension is not above board.

Kindly rescue my Passion Pro bearing No. WB 20 W 0446 from Ravanji Motors sorry Balaji Motors, I promise, I will not purchase any Hero Honda two wheelers form Balaji Motors in future.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Passion Pro Motorcycle on 21st July 2010. My motorcycle battery had stopped working after a month time from the date of purchase of my New Motorcycle.

I had complained at the Hero Honda (APEX AUTO) Showroom but the staff said that it will be changed by the Exide Battery Dealer's shop. I went to the Exide Dealer at B-24, Okhla Phase-1 but he said that they will replace the Battery within 2 days time.

And again I had visited Exide Dealer's Office after 2 days then he said the same battery will be replaced in another 15 days. During this time period I had faced lot of problems in driving my bike as all the appliances linked with the battery were not working.

So I had purchased a new battery on my own cost. Now I request you to get me Rs 50,000/- from the Exide Dealer as I had faced so many Problems due to him while driving my bike.

I had written to him also but still reply from his side is awaited. So I require you help.
