Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a Hero Honda Passion Pro, Registration no. DL1SU 5084, some 3 months back.

I am getting my bike serviced from Hero Honda's authorized work shop in Ramaroad called M/S Upper India.

The day I have serviced my bike first time since then my bike's front wheel is bubbling very badly, I have given continuous complaints to the service center manager but there was no heed paid to my complaints.

After visiting so many times to the service station they have given me a letter saying that the front wheel need to be changed and would be done at Mayapuri, but the Mayapuri people are now saying that Hero Honda has some issue with CEAT and since my bike has CEAT wheels they cannot change it.

I would be really grateful to you if you could help me in this.
