Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro on 25/07/2010 from Bharat Motors, Bhilai a sub dealer of Durg based Chauhan Automotive, Durg.

I have come across the follwing problem with the vehicle right now and I belive that the vehicle I have a defective one and should not come to the market for sale. I shall be pleased if you look into the matter and sort out the problem immediately.




1. The trip meter is not working.

2. Self mode of starting is not working.

3. The petrol lock key is not easily released from lock

4. The insurance premium charged Rs 1260.00 and actual bill for the same is Rs 1058. 00 as per invoice.

5. The bill provided to me is only a Kachha copy. The tin no sales tax no etc is not mentioned in the bill.

6. The service book of book was not provided immediately after purchasing of the vehicle. The sub dealer was lingering the matter with some absurd reasong. Though I got the same after long argument.
