Dear Sir,
I Have Purchased, One Hero Honda Pleasure from Oswal Motors, Azad Pur Chowk,
Delhi on 04.06.2010 on the name of Preeti Jain,But they have cheated me by selling
a defective Scooty.
Scooty is not working from 5th day of purchase and I have complain so many times in Oswal
Motors and Hero Honda customer care but no action is taken to repair this scooty
In my opinion Hero honda is a third class brand.
Now, I want to file a case against hero honda motors. Please help me to do so.
