Dear Customer care team.
I had bought Hero Honda splendor plus from Shayama automobile (Ranchi Jharkhand) on the month February.

My bike chassis number is MILHA10EE9HL17497. I have given my bike for service in their own service station there was problem with soccer & its was not working properly after repairing of soccer they told me that problem has been resolved but sorry to say that problem is still in my bike . My bike is under warrantee It’s has been over 7 months and they are unable to resolved my problem. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative. I. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compensations. I do hope for your early reply.
