Respected Sir,
I had purchased a bike named “passion pro” on 27.11. 2011 from an authorized dealer of Hero Moto Corp Ltd. named “K.S. AUTOMOBILES” whose address is KHASARA NO 331/1/2/VILLAGE RANGPURI,NH-8, NEW DELHI-110037. It has been just 3 WEEKS from the date of purchase and the bike is coming out with some faulty meter reading. I have even reported to the dealer for the first servicing on 25.12.2011.The person who has to attend me during 1st service time advice me to faulty speedometer due to sensor problem and also referred to mr. neeraj. Mr. neeraj placed order as to mention in register and ensure me to change faulty one withen 12 days. After 12 days sensor was available in store kept separately with name and phone number.But mr. neeraj send me to discuss this issue with Head of the unit mr. sandeep. After that I have requested continuously in weekend for sensor change, but their response was not satisfactory during every request made by me. they just said the company has certain problems due to breakup with honda, so the replacement of the sensor part may take longer time and owner has not given permission for any warranty during month Jan.2012. but only for you i will make request with owner. lastly he has to given time to come after 1st of February 2012. when i made visit 5th of Feb. 2012 on Sunday morning up to 10.30 he was not available. I again met him on 4pm same day. He asked me the reason of not coming on 1st Feb 2012 and said that he has lots of work to do..so i should come on another day except Sundays. then i asked when my vehicle part is already procured then why the delay in fitting. and for this i will go to the manager of the K.S.automobile..then the person told me in a threatening tone that if i go for any complaint then just forget about any replacement or any service in that service center.
I am very much dissatisfied with this type of behavior from company service.
