This is Rudranarayan Senapati.My father Kartik Chandra Senapati had purchaged a HERO HONDA PASSION PRO motorbyke (NO.OR19 H4753) from the dealer named PARBATI MOTORS, ANUGUL,ORISSA , INDIA. on the month NOVEMBER 2009.After purchaging byke my father saw that there is some finishing(colour) problem with the fuel tank,then imidiately my father complained at PARBATI MOTORS,ANUGUL , ORISSA.They take a complain against the fuel tank for replacing that.

But today is 28TH OCTOBER 2010 since there is no action taken about that Complain by PARBATI MOTORS..When my father meet the manager at PARBATI MOTORS he always said the same dialog we send your complain to head office wait for some days.BUT IT IS GOING TO COMPLETE 1 YEAR.

Therefore I request You to do some thing AGAINST that complain.
