I have purchased a black Honda Activa (UP32 DX1238) from your authorised showroom (Yugal kishore, Faizabad Road, Lucknow) on 6.10.2011 with the mind that this is the perfect scooter. Within a week the problem come up with the self start, i returned to the showroom and mentioned them the problem then they told me that 90 % of your activa is facing the battery problem becoz they are newly started this dry battery system.
With that day, i have given 8 times my activa to showroom, they told me that they have changed charger, battery (3 times) & wiring and after that i m suffering with the same problem. they have not behaving in the right manner and not solving my problem.Now neither the showroom people are reverting nor the customer care of honda.
What should i do?
