dear dealer,
i hav purchased a new honda activa in d month of october 2009 bt soon in july 2010 its battery start creating problems & when v gone 2 d honda dealer of our district GUNA [M.P.] they kept our battery for 2days ,they people charged it & given back 2 us. those two days make it very difficult 4 me 2 handle d activa without self start,without horn,without indicator & now again in the mid of august same problem in going on with battery & this time our dealer has taken away the battery checked it & found the battery failure. they hav'nt provide any service battery 2 me & want me 2 handle my activa without battery 4 at least 10-20 days dear head dealer it is'nt the way that ur customers r facing this much problem beaing a girl it becomes very difficult 4 me 2 handle such dump & deaf vehicle. preeta mathur mp08 me 5855 i m requesting u to take action on my complaint as soon as possible |

AS I PURCHASE HONDA ACTIVA ON 11 june 2011 FROM YOUR DEALER PURACKAL HONDA, KOTTAYAM,KERALA,.NOW I AM AND I AM FACING BATTERY PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES TO YOUR DEALER BUT THERE IS NO RESPOSE AND ONLY CHARGE THE BATTERY AND SAME PROBLEM CONTINUE

I purchased Honda Activa from "Ma Kali Honda" Andul,Howrah 2 month back and since the first day I was seeing a starting problem. It was even when I was handed over the Activa from showroom. That time they told me that we need to run the scooter few kilometers to get the battery fully charged and then this problem will go. But after running few hundred kilomenters in that month the problem was same. Most of the time I had to stand in the busy market to start the scooter with the manual kick which was really disappointing.

In continuation of my earlier complaint dated 31 may 2011 regarding poor services rendered by the dealer Shree Krishna honda, Rohtak causing damage to the scooter(activa) parts(pinion) while servicing scooter no. HR 12 E 0231. I am very sorry to that no reply/comments are recived from the company or the dealer . I have purchased the AMC from the dealer at Rohtak on 31/5/11 i handed over the scooter for servicing . All the parts are in proper working condition.In the evening i was told by the sevice manager Mr. Khanna that the pinion of the scooter was broken.I was shocked & lodged the complaint on e-mail to honda website they told that you will recive a message/reply soon but no reply was made to me till date . I visited the dealer time and again and lodged the complaint in their complaint register also, during my last visit to the dealer no comments were written in the complaint register also now the service of the scooter is again due butr i am affraid to hand over the scooter for servicing to the dealer.As they asked me that any loss/damage to the part of the scooter during servicing is on the cost of the customer and not the service provider in the present circumstances i am not unable to continue the AMC please refund my AMC charges and the cost of the pinion damaged by the servicing staff on 31/5/11 otherwise i will be compelled to knock the door of the consumer court. Hoping for reply soon.

ON 29th Sept 2011, my vehicle was serviced by the local dealer without the existing battery saying the battery has some problem and it will be replaced within 12-15 days.
Why people purchase activa? They purchase it, so that girl, women and men having some problems do not require to start it by kicking. They want this vehicle that it get started automatically. But, when such time is taken by the company to replace the vehicle, is becoming a havoc for the people who have bought this vehicle. Such is the problem with me. I have purchased it in March 2011 due to my backache problem and having gone through surgical operation of the back. My office closes on 7:00 PM. I am suffering with back pain, and have to start it by kicking and that too without horn and proper light in the evening. Till date, after lapse of one month, I have not got my battery from the dealer. Have anyone who have solution of this problem. Thanks for someone who will help me.
