Complaint against SUB-DEALER of 2 Wheeler “AJANTA MOTORS – MIRA ROAD for not giving the original quotation and asking extra payment of Rs.68,000/- for delivering HONDA ACTIVA (DLX-RED)and delaying for Passing & Registration and giving false information to take 3RD PARTY INSURANCE for it. I also request you to CEASE the SUB DEALER LICENCE on STIRCTLY and URGENT BASIS from HIM and not to give any kind of 2 WHEELER HONDA PRODUCT for SELL PURPOSE.

I Shekhar A. Goradia has purchased HONDA ACTIVA – DLX MODEL on 5th oct.2010. and have made payment of Rs.35000/- through my ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD and balance Rs.9792/- through cash including 2% charges. I have made the payment of Rs.12000/- as passing charge also.
Therefore in total I have made a payment of Rs.56792/- at the SHOW ROOM OF AADITYA HONDA at VASAI BRANCH. And for which I am having 2 receipts in the name of SUB DEALER – AJANTA MOTORS as proof for Rs.44792/-
The receipt no. is “23400” for Rs.35000/- and the other receipt no. is “23501” for Rs.9792/- And also I submit the Credit Card Slip of the customer with my signature in it for the payment of Rs.35000/- at AADITYA HONDA SHOWROOM AT VASAI BRANCH.
I had a deal with the Ajanta Motors proprietor – Mr. Ramesh Bhai. For HONDA ACTIVA and have also paid Rs.1000/- in cash as advance also after receiving the payment he is not delivering the 2 wheeler to me and asking me for extra payment from me by black mailing me and telling me that otherwise he will sell it in the open market and will not pay me the amount also.
We had a deal of Rs.62,000/- for HONDA ACTIVA (DLX-RED) with Accessories, Helmet, Smart Card, Insurance, Registration, Grip cover, Seat cover, Buzzer, Handle cover, Front Dicky.
If I make the whole payment through credit card then I have to pay extra Rs.1000/- and If I take Front Dicky provided by him then I have to pay another extra Rs.1000/- so actually the deal comes to Rs.64000/-
But he was asking me Rs.68,000/- from me and was not giving me “DELIVERY CHALLAN” and delivery of HONDA ACTIVA TOO.
And for that I have come several times to vasai at your office and met ASHOK GUPTAJI and had informed about the mental torture and harassment done by AJANTA MOTORS.I have also gone to Kanakia Police Station, Golden Nest Police Station and Navghar Road Police Station complaining against him and have wasted my official duty time and money behind this simple deal.
Just because of ASHOK GUPTAJI’S(SALES MANAGER) intervention and his promt response, the deal got resettled to Rs.62,500/- without Front Dicky and because of me making the part payment in cash, therefore it becomes (Rs.64,000 -1,500 = 62,500)
This is to inform you that just because of such dealers only, it creates a very bad impression about your esteemed company and its fabulous products of HONDA in the open market. Moreover tremendous tension and harassment is done to the customers even after making the said payment. IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE THE ACTION IMMEDIATELY AND STOP DEALING WITH AJANTA MOTORS FOR SELLING OF 2 WHEELER HONDA PRODUCTS.

I request you to kindly take my complaint against him and take strict action against such fraud sub dealers which is which are very harmful to our society.
He is mentally torturing the customers and getting more bribe for it. The customers like me who wants to buy a 2 wheeler after earning our hard earned money from such kind of sub dealers creates a bad impression against the AADITYA HONDA COMPANY AND OTHER AUTOMOBILE SUBDEALERS IN THE MARKET.
